From time to time we offer a cottage for lease at Penobscot Shores. At the current time, we have a 1386 square foot cottage with water views, full kitchen, dining room, large living room, solarium, two bedrooms, two baths and a one car garage. Rental pricing for this cottage is $2600 per month includes 15 meals per month for one person(for a second person please add $240 to the rental price), all appliances, 24-hour monitoring service, scheduled nursing hours, fitness program, 2 hours of housekeeping each month, water and sewer, maintenance and repairs, snow and trash removal, grounds keeping, scheduled van transportation to shopping and area appointments.
