Service: Rentals
A limited number of apartments and cottages are available for rent. Rent includes: 15 meals per month for one person (add $240 for second person), heat (for apartment residents), scheduled nursing service, 24-hour monitoring system, water, sewer, maintenance and repairs, snow and trash removal, all grounds keeping, van transportation to shopping, and all appliances. Pets are welcome.
